Terms and conditions

Orders must be placed 10 days before your chosen collection/delivery date.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept Anchor Line gift vouchers for this service. Apologies but unfortunately our shop platform cannot process vouchers.

 

 

Cancelling orders: You can have a full refund up to the cut off point for your delivery order, set out above. E.G if your order is for the 19th December, you may cancel and receive a full refund by 8th December at noon.

 

Refunds:

We are unable to refund on orders not collected, where the purchaser cannot collect for any reason. We are happy for the purchase to be transferred to someone else in these circumstances.

 

As our boxes are made to order, Consumer Contract regulations for your right to cancel your order do not apply. These orders are tailored to you and cannot be cancelled once the order deadline has passed

Our products can only be purchased by over 18s. We may ask for ID on delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to change or swap any menu items, the menu choices are as seen.

 

Delivery: Delivery charges are £7.50 per address. We have chosen not to use a courier company for this service, instead our teams are offered the opportunity to deliver to make up for lost hours due to the Covid restrictions.

We can deliver to the following postcodes: G1 , G2, G3 ,G4 , G5, G9 ,G11, g12, G13, G14, G15, G20, G21, G22, G23, G31, G32, G33, G40, G41, G42, G43, G44, G45, G46, G51, G52, G53, G58, G61

Part postcodes: G64 1-3, G69 6-7, G72 6-8, G77 5/6/9

 

Packaging.

Our packaging has been designed to keep food chilled for 24 hours. We recommend transferring your items to a fridge at the earliest convenience. Food should be consumed by 26th December
